Your day to day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Deliver high-quality Food \& Beverage service in line with hotel standards
• Ensure the bar and service areas are clean, organised, and ready for guests
• Lead daily briefings and support team communication
• Train and guide team members on service and beverage knowledge
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and tea
• Engage with guests, recommend beverages, and upsell daily specials
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with local regulations
• Maintain stock control and support cellar/bar operations
• Support promotions and initiatives to increase revenue
• Assist with manpower planning and daily operations

What we need from you

For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:

• Diploma in Bar Tending or related field
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in bar operations.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic mathematics skills
• Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
