We’re looking for reliable and motivated team members to join our team at our Memphis Blues BBQ House Robson location. Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards (Line Cook)

* Assist with ingredient prep including chopping, slicing, and portioning (Prep Cook)

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas

* Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

* Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and timely service

* Provide friendly and efficient customer service (Front of House)

* Support daily operations including opening, closing, and cleaning tasks

* Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality preferred

* Strong understanding of food safety practices

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Solid teamwork and communication skills

* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
