About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar and Service Staff to run our Penrith venue. This role is ideal for motivated person who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
• Providing attentive bar and food service
• Perform general cleaning duties as required
• Poker machine maintenance and drink service
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Address and resolve inquiries on the floor

What We’re Looking For

• Must have current RSA
• Excellent communicator \& team player
• Gaming Attendant experience preferred
• Thrives on providing exceptional customer service to all customers
• Sound competency in the end-to-end sequence of service
• evening availability is required, plus ability to work weekends
• Knowledge of food safety standards and liquor licensing requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support broader business goals across multiple venues

Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour

Experience:

• RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR: 3 years (Preferred)
