Immediate Hiring: Bartender (Coffee \& Mocktail)
Location: JIBRIL SS15
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for food and beverages, are team players and enjoy creating great guest experiences through outstanding service and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, mocktails and other beverages according to the Company's recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all beverages are consistently prepared and presented according to Company standards.
- Assist guests with beverage recommendations and answer questions regarding menu offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage preparation area.
- Monitor beverage stock levels and inform management of any shortages.
- Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly according to restaurant policy.
- Stay up to date on menu changes, promotions and daily specials.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance by adhering to the Company's uniform and grooming standards.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided.
- Experience in coffee, mocktail preparation or beverage operations is an added advantage.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive and a quick learner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and approachable attitude.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
