Barista

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, making espresso beverages, sandwich preparation, and cleaning. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, a passion for coffee and food service, and the ability to foster a positive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area and kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.
• Promote sales through effective communication of menu items and specials to customers.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies regarding food handling.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or café setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques.
• Barista experience or coffee knowledge is highly desirable.
