Job Summary

Duties

• Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Assist clients with hair styling consultations and services
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon or retail area
• Promote and upsell additional services or retail products to clients
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and check-ins
• Handle retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Support the overall ambiance of the salon by ensuring a tidy and inviting environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred
• Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
• Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
• Ability to upsell products or services in a professional manner
• Flexibility to work during salon hours, including weekends if necessary

This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about beauty, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Pay: $40.00-$80.00 per hour
