Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Barber to join our vibrant grooming team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional haircuts, styling, and grooming services to a diverse clientele, ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and satisfied. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior barbers, uphold the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Your energetic approach and dedication to customer service will help elevate our barbershop experience to new heights.

Duties

• Provide expert haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas after each service.
• Upsell retail grooming products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, walk-in consultations, and payment processing.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clear understanding of services provided and aftercare instructions.
• Mentor junior barbers by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of hair styling skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a grooming environment.
• Strong communication skills for engaging clients and collaborating with team members.
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus.
• A valid barber license or certification as required by local regulations.
