Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene
• Engage with clients through active communication, understanding their desired looks, and offering expert recommendations
• Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments efficiently
• Educate clients on proper hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing maintenance at home
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat visits

Experience

• Previous experience as a barber or stylist is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome passionate newcomers eager to learn
• Strong knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and products
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members in a friendly, professional manner
• Experience with sanitation protocols specific to the beauty industry to ensure a safe environment for all
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
