Duties \& Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial \& Industrial (C\&I) solar market.
- Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments and work with technical teams to develop tailored solar energy solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and other supporting documentation for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to understand customer needs and promote C\&I solar solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and competitive proposal submissions and smooth project development.
- Support commercial negotiations and manage client communications throughout the business development process.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in renewable energy, solar, engineering, utilities, or industrial solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and develop customer-focused solutions.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to conduct preliminary project assessments.
- A proactive, results-driven team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
