Job Description
  • Lead and assist the property management team in managing a portfolio of assets.
  • Ensuring proper upkeep of engineering and building systems, managing and overseeing the performance of service providers, supervising arrears management processes, planning and controlling operating expenses, and identifying and planning improvement works.
  • Ensure the properties are in compliance with local regulations and liaise with authorities and consultants with regards to the regulatory and property matters.
  • Conduct periodic inspection for all properties, assist in the preparation of management reports and the budgeting and forecasting of property expenses.
  • Involved in the calling of quotations/tenders for ad-hoc/preventive/term contract works.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Property/Real Estate Management, Facilities Management or equivalent.
  • Added advantage if the candidate possesses a registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP) or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years’ work experience in the Strata Titled Property Management Company.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and with a hands-on approach.
  • Well-versed in Strata Management Act (2013), Strata Management Regulations 2015, Strata Title Act 318, and any other relevant building Act.
  • Fluent in BM and English, Mandarin and other languages would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
