AnnaLena is hiring a Bartender

Our tasting menu evolves one dish at a time and the bar program evolves with it. We're looking for a lead bartender who wants to bring their ideas to the table, help our team continue to evolve the AnnaLena bar program, and make their mark during service with our guests.

What you'll do:

• Craft classic and contemporary cocktails, plus pairings that shift with a constantly changing tasting menu
• Contribute your own drinks and ideas, this is a creative seat with real input on the program
• Own bar prep, stock management, and a clean, organized station
• Optional floor shifts if you want to sharpen your service game in a Michelin-starred dining room

What you bring:

• Bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Wine knowledge (the stronger, the better — we're also here to show you the way)
• Sharp attention to detail and genuine love of hospitality
