Job Description

We are are recruiting capable, motivated, and team‑centred Ambulance Technicians to join our medical team, providing athlete care at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Ambulance Technicians who bring solid clinical skills, a calm and confident approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider multidisciplinary team in busy or fast‑moving environments.

Core Requirements

  • Qualified Ambulance Technician with proof of certification
  • Minimum 12 months frontline operational experience
  • Minimum 6 months NHS frontline operational experience
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary setting
  • Accurate and professional record keeping
  • C1 licensure
  • Blue light driving certification
  • Flexibility to operate across varied venues and operational conditions

Desirable Attributes

These are beneficial but not essential:

  • MIMMS or major incident training
  • Experience working in similar event or mass‑gathering settings
  • Good availability across the Games period
