Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and construction environments, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install fiberglass, cellulose, and other insulation products
• Perform insulation removal and attic cleanouts
• Assist with air sealing and energy-efficiency upgrades
• Operate insulation blowing equipment and other tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment

Qualifications

• Construction, insulation, roofing, HVAC, or related experience preferred
• Ability to work in hot attic environments
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
