The Opportunity

This role is responsible for day-to-day commercial management and execution of selected international accounts across the Kiwi Kitchens and Black Hawk brands, supporting the growth and performance of priority international markets. Reporting to the Head of Kiwi Kitchens \& International Markets, the International Account Manager will own the operational delivery of account plans, including forecasting, order management, distributor coordination, in-market execution and ongoing performance tracking.This role supports the execution of the international growth pillar by enabling consistent account-level delivery, forecast accuracy and cross-functional coordination across Kiwi Kitchens and Black Hawk international markets.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with international distributors and partners, acting as the primary operational contact and ensuring strong communication, execution, and follow‑through across assigned accounts.
  • Support and coordinate joint business plans, demand forecasting, orders, launches, promotions, and in‑market activity, working closely with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to align forecasts, inventory, risks, and actions.
  • Lead monthly demand planning reviews, proactively identifying and escalating risks or gaps such as demand volatility, supply constraints, or timing shifts with clear recommendations.

Track in‑market performance against forecast and budget, support product launches and range reviews, and provide regular performance updates and insights to internal stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement by monitoring competitor activity, capturing market and distributor feedback, and providing insights to support range optimisation, SKU performance reviews, and portfolio decisions.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG account management, sales operations, or international markets
  • Proven experience working with distributors and/or international customers
  • Strong capability in forecasting, demand planning, or supply coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
