We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to develop the Western U.S. market.

What This Role Is About

This is a hunter role. If you’re waiting for leads to come to you, this isn’t the job.

You will be responsible for building a territory from the ground up - creating relationships, generating opportunities, and driving sales growth across the Western United States.

You’ll work with:

  • Dealers (commercial furniture distributors)
  • A\&D firms (interior designers who specify furniture)
  • End users (education, government, and institutional clients)

You need to be comfortable picking up the phone, reaching out, following up, and staying persistent.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow new business across the Western U.S.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with dealers, designers, and end users
  • Prospect daily; calls, emails, travel, and in-person meetings
  • Travel regularly throughout the territory
  • Follow up consistently (this is non-negotiable)
  • Provide fast, accurate quotes and solutions
  • Help customers succeed in their projects by offering options and guidance
  • Represent Flexxform’s brand, service, and standards in every interaction

When you’re not traveling, you’ll work from our office in Winnipeg (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday).

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $75,000 CAD
  • Commission: 3% on sales
  • Total Earning Potential: $200,000+ as you grow your territory
  • Travel expenses covered

  • Proven ability (or strong drive) to generate new business
  • Comfortable with outbound sales - especially phone outreach
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up
  • Willing and able to travel frequently
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
  • Completed Sales \& Marketing education or Sales experience
