The Opportunity
As the Workplace Relations Lead, you'll exercise a high degree of judgement, autonomy and influence in leading the management of sensitive, complex and high-risk workplace relations matters.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Workplace Relations, you’ll provide authoritative, practical and legally defensible advice and support leaders to address workplace concerns early, fairly and consistently.
When you're not preparing high-quality briefing papers, executive correspondence, reports and recommendations on complex workplace relations matters, you'll be undertaking workplace investigations and leading impactful industrial relations activities, including certified agreement implementation, consultation on organisational change and participating in WorkCover’s Workplace Consultative Committee.
About You
You're a confident and experienced workplace relations professional who enjoys solving complex people challenges and partnering with leaders to achieve balanced, practical and compliant outcomes. You combine strong technical expertise with sound judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality or attention to detail. You're proactive, comfortable working through ambiguity and confident taking ownership of complex matters.
