Job Summary:

We are seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to lead workforce planning initiatives, optimize staffing strategies, and support business growth through effective resource planning. This role is ideal for a strategic professional with strong analytical, leadership, and operational planning skills.

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage workforce planning strategies and forecasts.
• Analyze workforce trends, staffing needs, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with business leaders to optimize workforce allocation.
• Monitor workforce KPIs and prepare planning reports.
• Support recruitment planning and organizational growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure workforce planning aligns with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning, HR, operations, or business planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of workforce analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with workforce management, HRIS, or ERP systems is an advantage.
