- Ensure workforce planning aligns with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in workforce planning, resource planning, HR, operations, or business planning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of workforce analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with workforce management, HRIS, or ERP systems is an advantage.
