Wooden Doors & Joinery - Site Engineer

Job Summary

Belhasa Joinery \& Decoration LLC is seeking an experienced Site Engineer specializing in Wooden Doors and Joinery Works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site installations, coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of wooden doors, fire-rated doors, frames, ironmongery, and joinery works at project sites.
• Review shop drawings, door schedules, and project specifications before execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Conduct site measurements and verify installation readiness.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requirements.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with the factory and design teams.
• Attend site meetings and inspections with consultants and clients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements at site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wooden doors and joinery installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of wooden doors, fire-rated doors, door hardware, and installation procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Experience in the UAE joinery and fit-out industry is mandatory.
