We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Website Operations Contractor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of websites. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills.

職務說明

1. Website Analysis (SEO/AIO):

(1) Proactively monitor website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

(2) Generate regular analysis reports on website performance and key metrics.

(3) Assist with technical SEO audits and recommendations.

1. Maintenance & Updates:

(1) Perform routine website maintenance tasks, including confirming requests, proposing solutions, UAT testing, pushing content to production.

(2) Manage and implement content updates.

1. Security & Compliance:

(1) Ensure website compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

1. Troubleshooting & Support:

(1) Collaborate with IT teams to resolve website-related issues.

1. Documentation & Process Improvement:

(1) Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for website processes and troubleshooting guides.

(2) Continuously seek ways to improve website operational efficiency and reliability.

職務要求

1. Experience:

(1) Proven experience in website operations, web master roles, SEO/AIO, or similar technical support positions.

(2) Experience managing websites built on popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Directus…etc).

1. Technical Skills:

(1) Knowledge of web SEO/AIO best practices

(2) Experience with website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Directus…etc).

(3) Experience with website analytic tools (e.g., GA4, GA360, Google Console...etc).

1. Soft Skills:

(1) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

(2) Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

(3) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

(4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

(5) Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

(6) Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.

1. Bonus Points If You Have:

(1) Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

(2) Basic graphic design or UX/UI understanding.

(3) Certifications in relevant web technologies or cloud platforms.
