Job Summary

Venture Web Designer Digital Solutions is seeking an experienced and innovative Web Development Manager to lead web development projects, manage technical teams, and drive the successful delivery of modern digital solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage web development teams responsible for website and web application projects
• Oversee project planning, development timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones
• Establish development standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and technical teams to define project requirements
• Manage website development, platform enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives
• Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery of development objectives
• Support architecture decisions, system integrations, and technical problem-solving activities
• Review development processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor developers and support professional growth within the team
• Ensure website performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards are maintained
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
• Prepare technical reports, project updates, and leadership presentations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development, software engineering, or digital technology roles
• At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of modern web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, PHP, .NET, Node.js, or similar frameworks
• Experience managing website development projects and cross-functional technical teams
• Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and database systems
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required
