1.0 Job Responsibilities
- Person in charge of warehouse operations
- Lead the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy meets the established targets
- Responsible for receiving, delivery, and kitting activities
- Ensure all safety guidelines are strictly followed
- Act as the Warehouse ERT Lead
- Plan and execute training programs for warehouse operators
- Ensure all inbound and outbound transactions are accurately recorded in the system on a timely basis
- Ensure materials are properly kitted and delivered to production on time
- Conduct counseling sessions with warehouse operators whenever necessary
- Report any violations of rules or procedures within the area of responsibility
- Plan and perform monthly cycle counts
- Forklift driving license is preferred
- Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior
2.0 Job Requirements
- Education: Preferably Diploma and above, or SPM holder with more than 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Working Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the EMS industry
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in both English and Chinese (involvement in project transfers from China)
- Familiar with ERP and MES systems (some content is in Chinese)
- Computer Proficiency: Able to prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Physical Requirements: This position requires long hours of walking and material handling
- Able to work overtime whenever required
- Able to work independently with good knowledge of warehousing and inventory management
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
