MEP SUPERVISOR

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with 5-8 years of expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise day-to-day MEP works on construction sites.

· Ensure installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

· Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager/MEP Engineer.

· Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.

· Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

· Maintain accurate site records including daily logs, material usage, and work progress.

· Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Required Qualifications

· ITI or Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 5-8 years of experience supervising MEP works in construction projects.

· Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with safety regulations and local building codes.

Preferred Skills

. Fluency in English \& Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.

· Experience in high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

· Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is an advantage.

· Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

· Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient systems.
