Job Description

Warehouse \& Field Operations Coordinator

Company: On Tap Australia Pty Ltd T/A Health on Tap
Location: Wollongong NSW (Warehouse-based + Field Travel)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $75,000 – $82,000 + Superannuation + Company Vehicle

Join a growing business at the intersection of health, convenience and wellness

Health on Tap is changing the way people access health and wellness products through smart, automated retail. Our premium smart coolers are placed in gyms, workplaces and wellness hubs across New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT - making healthier choices more accessible in the places people already live, train and work.

We are a startup in growth mode. That means the work is real, the pace is fast, and the people who join us now will have the opportunity to grow with the business as we grow. If you want to be part of building something modern and meaningful in the health and wellness space — and you are someone who takes pride in doing things properly — this role is for you.

Why this role matters

This is the role that keeps the whole operation moving. When our retailers are well-stocked, visually sharp and running at a high standard, our partner sites are better supported, and our customers have a better experience. You will be the person who makes that happen — every day, across our network.

This is not a desk job. It is an active, hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, field servicing, deliveries, merchandising, brand execution and business administration. You will spend time in the warehouse picking and packing orders, and time on the road visiting partner sites, merchandising our fridges, and making sure every location looks and performs like a premium unattended retail channel.

What you will be responsible for

Core Responsibilities — Warehouse \& Field Operations

Pick and Pack Working from our NSW warehouse, you will pick and pack daily orders accurately and on time, ensuring all outbound stock is correctly prepared and ready for delivery or dispatch.

Warehousing \& Logistics Keeping the warehouse organised, stocked and ordering appropriately. Leading route planning, ensuring partners are serviced frequently and to a premium standard.

Customer Site Servicing You will be the primary person responsible for servicing our partner sites across NSW. This means regular, scheduled visits to deliver, replenish, merchandise and maintain our smart fridges, and building strong day-to-day relationships with site managers and teams.

Merchandising You will physically merchandise our fridges at every site — facing, rotating and replenishing product to brand standards. Every fridge should look full, clean and compelling. You will take ownership of that standard.

Product and Range Coordination You will take ownership of what goes into each fridge. By understanding the performance of each site, you will coordinate the right product mix to maximise sell-through, minimise waste and keep the range fresh and relevant.

Stock Optimisation You will monitor stock levels across the warehouse and across all partner sites, staying ahead of replenishment needs before they become shortfalls. This includes regular stock counts, inventory reconciliation and flagging any discrepancies.

Brand Optimisation You will be our eyes and ears in the field. You will ensure every fridge and every site presentation meets our brand standards, and you will proactively identify opportunities to improve visibility, product positioning and ranging at individual locations.

Secondary Responsibilities — Operational Coordination

Freight Booking and Coordination You will book and coordinate inbound and outbound freight, working with our carrier partners to ensure stock and equipment moves efficiently and on time.

Install Schedule Management You will coordinate the scheduling of new fridge installations at partner sites — liaising with site contacts, equipment suppliers and the business owner to ensure every install runs smoothly.

General Business Administration You will support the day-to-day administrative needs of the business: maintaining accurate records of stock movements, site visits and supplier communications. Our operations are app-driven, and you will be comfortable using digital tools and mobile technology as part of your daily workflow.

Who will do well in this role

This role will suit someone who likes being trusted to get on with the job, enjoys variety in their day, and takes genuine pride in doing things properly. The right person is dependable, organised and comfortable working independently without needing constant supervision.

You are likely to be a strong fit if you are:

  • Reliable, trustworthy and consistent — the kind of person who shows up and follows through
  • Physically capable and comfortable with hands-on, active work every day
  • Organised and proactive in the way you manage your time and your route
  • Confident driving regularly across metro and regional areas of NSW
  • Friendly and professional when dealing with site managers, gym teams and clients
  • Detail-oriented and motivated to keep every fridge looking clean, full and on-brand
  • Comfortable using apps and digital tools to update records and manage tasks in the field

What you will need

Essential:

  • A full, unrestricted Australian driver's licence
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to perform physical, hands-on work day to day
  • Confidence with app-based workflows and mobile technology

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience in merchandising, warehouse operations, delivery driving, retail execution or FMCG
  • Familiarity with stock management, inventory control or basic procurement
