Warehouse Dispatch Administrator

Interior Secrets is an established Australian furniture brand, operating nationally online since 2009.

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Dispatch Administrator to join our team in Truganina.

This is a varied role combining warehouse administration, dispatch and inventory control with hands-on warehouse support.

The Role

• Processing and updating orders, shipments and warehouse information in NetSuite
• Organising freight, courier and delivery bookings
• Preparing shipping labels, picking documents and dispatch paperwork
• Checking orders, quantities and delivery details before dispatch
• Assisting with inventory control, stock checks and resolving stock discrepancies
• Coordinating with freight companies and internal teams on deliveries and dispatches
• Assisting with picking, packing and general warehouse duties when required

About You

• Previous warehouse, dispatch or administration experience
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• NetSuite or similar ERP/WMS experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
• Physically fit and willing to assist with warehouse duties
• Forklift licence (LF) is highly regarded but not essential
