Warehouse Coordinator

We’re looking for someone to support daily finished goods warehouse operations, from receiving and stock control to shipment planning and dispatch. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

What you’ll do

• Check incoming goods and ensure physical stock matches inventory records
• Arrange storage and make effective use of warehouse space
• Coordinate picking, checking, loading and dispatch based on shipment instructions
• Prepare daily and weekly container shipment plans and track loading progress
• Carry out regular and annual stock counts, and follow up on discrepancies
• Support warehouse safety practices and operate the automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS)

What we’re looking for

• Technical secondary school qualification or above; logistics or a related field is preferred
• Fluent English and able to use Chinese as a daily working language
• Comfortable using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Careful, organised and able to work well with different teams
• Warehouse, scheduling or WMS experience is an advantage, but not required

Employment arrangement: The employment contract will be with MKIT, a third-party company.

Pay: ฿20,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month
