Marketing & Events Coordinator

Making high-quality stem cells available across Southeast Asia

Cellcolabs Asia is the Southeast Asian commercial arm of the Swedish biotechnology company Cellcolabs. Building on more than 25 years of research at Karolinska Institutet and GMP-certified manufacturing in Stockholm, our mission is to make high-quality mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) more accessible to physicians and patients across the region.

As we continue to grow in Thailand and Southeast Asia, we are looking for an ambitious, hands-on and commercially minded marketing professional to join our team in Bangkok.

This is a broad role with real ownership across local marketing, events and physician engagement. You will work closely with our sales team, physicians, KOLs and HQ in Stockholm, helping shape how we build and grow the market locally.

Key responsibilities

Marketing \& communications

• Help shape the local marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to strengthen awareness, physician engagement and commercial impact.
• Adapt global marketing materials to the local market and commercial context.
• Create local marketing materials and content when needed, supported by our HQ team.
• Work closely with the sales team to enable key sales channels through relevant marketing materials, campaigns and content.

Events \& conferences

• Plan and coordinate physician and partner events from start to finish, including logistics and stakeholder coordination.
• Help develop event concepts, formats and agendas to maximize engagement and commercial impact.
• Ensure a strong participant experience before, during and after events.
• Track outcomes, gather feedback and continuously improve future events.

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field, ideally with hands-on experience in content creation, design and marketing communications.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, including planning and executing events, campaigns or similar initiatives.
• Proactive, hands-on and highly organized, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Commercially minded and motivated by working closely with sales to support business growth.
• A strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across teams, partners and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

Experience from healthcare, life sciences, medtech or longevity is a strong advantage.

Please note that this role requires you to be based in the Bangkok area, with fluency in Thai and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
