Job Description
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Verify incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods against relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Coordinate material issuance to Production and finished goods delivery to customers.
- Prepare delivery orders, stock reports, and warehouse documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
- Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, pest control, and 5S standards.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food/feed safety, and quality requirements.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements
- SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience is preferred.
- Experience in feed milling, food manufacturing, agriculture, or FMCG is an advantage.
- Familiar with inventory control, stocktaking, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse documentation.
- Experience using ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work overtime, shifts, or weekends when required.
- Forklift competency or licence is an added advantage.
