Visual Designer

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and continuously improve our new website
• Create animations and motion graphics for web, social, and product
• Design in-product visuals and contribute to UX and product improvements
• Produce visuals for blog posts, newsletters, and landing pages
• Design social media content, marketing assets, and infographics
• Create promotional brand \& product videos
• Define and maintain a consistent corporate identity across every touchpoint
• Support internal design needs, including presentations and reports

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic/digital design (B2B or SaaS a plus)
• Proficiency in Figma and Canva
• Solid understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
• Ability to apply and protect our brand/corporate identity consistently across all channels
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate and enhance design work
• Motion/animation skills (After Effects or similar)
• A portfolio showing range across web, brand, and content

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech/RegTech or other regulated B2B industries
• Familiarity with web/no-code tools (Webflow, Framer)
• Video editing skills
