Revolution Fashionwear has been established for over 15 years, retailing and wholesaling premium men's and women's contemporary, vintage fashions including jeans, jackets, t-shirts, streetwear and casual apparel. With over one million views across our social media platforms, we continue to grow our brands and product range.

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to join our team on a freelance or casual basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical fashion design skills who can create original collections, develop production-ready tech packs, and communicate confidently with overseas manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal collections, garment concepts and colour stories.
• Prepare professional tech packs, garment specification sheets and size charts for production.
• Produce accurate grading and measurements for multiple size ranges.
• Review samples, provide fit comments and recommend revisions before bulk production.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends, fabrics and market developments.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Fashion Designer is essential.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, sizing and grading.
• Experience creating professional tech packs and specification sheets for manufacturers.
• Proficiency in fashion design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CLO 3D, Browzwear, or similar CAD software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate production documentation.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous fashion design work is required.
