# What You'll Do

Create high-converting short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.

You will receive the product from QSales and create engaging videos that encourage customers to stop scrolling and buy.

# What We Are Looking For

✔Comfortable speaking on camera (voiceover is acceptable)

Aesthetic filming style

✔ Clean home setup with good lighting

✔ Creative storytelling

✔ Good understanding of Instagram Reels

✔ Able to edit videos professionally

✔ Female candidates preferred

✔ Arabic speaking is an advantage

# Audition Task (Mandatory)

To be considered, every applicant must submit *ONE complete sample video*.

The video must include:

* Hook within the first 2 seconds

* Aesthetic product shots

* Voiceover explaining the product

* Problem → Solution storytelling

* Benefits shown visually

* Strong ending with Call-to-Action

Duration:

20–35 seconds

Videos without voiceover will not be considered.

# Video Selection Guide

Your audition video will be evaluated on:

### 1. Hook (20%)

Can the first 2 seconds stop people from scrolling?

Examples:

* "You're using this wrong..."

* "I wish I bought this earlier..."

* "This solved my biggest problem..."

* Bright lighting

* Stable camera

* Clean background

* Sharp focus

* Professional editing

The video should feel natural.

* Close-ups

* Hand interaction

* Before \& After (if applicable)

Avoid using only close-up shots.
