Freelance / Part-Time Photographer & Videographer

BLAKEN is looking for a Photographer \& Videographer to work with us on an ongoing freelance or part-time basis at our atelier in Pforzheim.

We are looking for someone who can translate craftsmanship, precision and luxury watches into dynamic, contemporary visual content — moving beyond traditional static product photography toward fast-paced, energetic storytelling.

Your role

You will be on-site at our atelier approximately 1–2 days per week, creating photo and video content for our website, social media and brand communication.

You will capture:

• Luxury watches and product details
• Customization processes and craftsmanship
• Our specialists at work
• Atelier atmosphere and behind-the-scenes moments
• Short-form, dynamic video content for social media
• High-quality product and lifestyle photography

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in product photography and videography
• A portfolio demonstrating excellent understanding of light, materials, reflections and details
• Experience shooting watches, jewellery, automotive or other premium products is highly preferred
• Ability to create both polished product imagery and fast, active, visually engaging video content
• Strong sense of composition, movement and contemporary social-media aesthetics
• Comfortable working independently and developing creative ideas together with our team
• Availability to work on-site in Pforzheim 1–2 times per week

Experience with luxury watches is a major advantage — but above all, we are looking for someone who understands how to make objects, craftsmanship and movement feel exciting on camera.
