Job Title: Video Editor \& Social Media Manager (Hormozi-Style Content)

Pay: $400/month flat fee + $40–$75 per clip

About Us

Core Confidence helps men build confidence, skills, and mindset to succeed in dating and life. We're looking for an editor who can turn our raw footage into high-impact, scroll-stopping content — think Alex Hormozi-style pages, edits, and clips: bold captions, fast cuts, strong hooks, zero dead air, retention all the way through.

What You'll Do

• Edit street interviews, coaching clips, and YouTube footage into short and long-form videos in the Hormozi style
• Craft strong hooks and pacing that keep viewers watching to the end
• Add captions, sound design, zooms, and pattern interrupts
• Post and schedule content, write captions/hashtags, and keep our socials running day to day
• Monitor comments/DMs and flag what needs a response

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio showing Hormozi-style or similar high-retention edits
• Experience managing a brand or creator's social accounts
• Fast turnaround, reliable, and self-directed
• Own editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
