MARKETING ASSISTANT

Dublin Pottery \& Tufting \| Smithfield, Dublin City Centre
35 hours per week \| €14.50 per hour

We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to join the team at Dublin Pottery \& Tufting.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves social media, content creation and bringing new ideas to life. You’ll create Reels and social content, work on graphics and support a range of day-to-day marketing activities.

The role is 35 hours per week across 5 days, 2 weekend days and 3 weekdays, and is based on-site in our studios in Dublin city centre.

What we’re looking for

• Experience creating Reels and engaging social media content
• Strong Canva skills and a good eye for design
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta (desirable but not necessary)
• Previous marketing or content work that you can show us
• An excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong initiative and the ability to turn ideas into action
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage your workload effectively
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a busy, creative environment

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and the managers of each studio, so we’re looking for someone creative and proactive who can come up with great ideas and make them happen.
