About the Role

We're looking for an elite video editor to join Linear Agency Group and work directly with our founders, Ciaran Finn (https://www.Eurostaffs.com/in/ciaran-finn/) and Evan Carroll (https://www.Eurostaffs.com/posts/theevancarroll_it-took-me-18-months-to-build-my-business-activity-7271933368500469761-j4cq/?utm_source\=share\&utm_medium\=member_desktop\&rcm\=ACoAADF5fqcBpsAgIwZcs1Kw0RCzmjoTUHdCgnc) to craft world-class video content across YouTube, Instagram, Eurostaffs, and other social platforms.

This role blends high-production, studio-quality editing with native, raw social content. You'll be working with two of the fastest-growing personal brands in the performance marketing industry founders with a combined 60,000+ followers across platforms, speakers at global events like Affiliate World (see video here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v\=XGIar3ViKUY)), and operators behind one of the most recognised creative + growth agencies in the DTC space.

What You'll Be Creating

This role is split across two content types:

1. High-Production, Talking to Camera Content for YouTube \& Shorts

You will edit long-form and high-quality short-form studio shoots where founders speak directly to camera. This requires:

• Clean, premium visual design
• Strong animation and motion graphics
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and retention hooks
• A sharp aesthetic eye
• Brand consistency and visual identity building

2. Native Social Content (Short-Form)

This includes quick, raw, “native” pieces that are designed for short-form:

• Selfie-style videos
• Fast-paced reframes to retain attention
• Platform-native text, captions, cuts, zooms, memes
• “Ugly but effective” short-form content that performs eg green screen and more

You must be comfortable switching between polished studio edits and scrappy, high-volume social pieces.

Responsibilities

Edit long-form YouTube videos (studio shoots, lessons, breakdowns, storytelling pieces, and lifestyle content)

Edit high-production short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Eurostaffs

Build a consistent visual identity across all founder content

Create clean, aesthetically strong animations and motion graphics
*

Add subtitles, graphics, and brand elements to elevate content quality
*

Develop scroll-stopping hooks and story pacing for short-form
*

Help optimise content for each platform's algorithm and format
*

Collaborate with founders and our head of content on concepts, scripts, and creative direction
*

Maintain a fast editing turnaround while hitting high quality standards
* * Manage content versions, asset organisation, and project files

Requirements

• Extremely strong English proficiency - you must be able to speak / understand English at an almost native level in order to best work with the team.
• 2+ years experience editing for creators, personal brands, or YouTube channels.
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci.
• A deep understanding of modern social aesthetics and native content trends for personal brands in the digital marketing / online business space.
• Ability to switch quickly between polished production and raw social content
• Strong taste - you care about aesthetics, cleanliness, typography, spacing, framing, and visual quality
• Excellent ability to tell stories visually, complementing the speaker.
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback from founders.
• Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
• Portfolio demonstrating both high-production aesthetic work.
