The Role:

Platform Editorは、DAZNで配信されるすべてのスポーツコンテンツを「確実に」「魅力的に」視聴者へ届けるための重要なポジションです。

業務は大きく オペレーション（配信管理） と エディトリアル（編集・表現） の2領域に分かれ、CMSを用いた配信設定から、番組タイトル・キャプション作成、サムネイル選定、緊急対応まで多岐にわたります。 本ポジションは個人貢献型（Individual Contributor）でありながら、プロデューサー、マーケティング、カスタマーサービスなど社内の多様なチームと連携し、DAZNの価値を高める役割を担います。

What You'll Be Doing:

• DAZNで配信される番組のタイトル入力、配信設定、画像選択などCMSを用いた基本オペレーション
• 海外チームと英語（主にメール）で連携し、スケジュール通りに配信準備を進行
• 試合・イベントのスケジューリング、品質管理、トラブルシューティング
• 急な設定変更依頼や再配信対応など、突発的なオペレーション業務

24時間365日稼働のチームの一員として、土日・深夜を含むシフト勤務に対応
* * 生中継・ハイライト・ドキュメンタリーなど、番組内容を魅力的に伝えるタイトル・キャプションの作成 * スポーツ初心者にも分かりやすく、かつファンの心をつかむ文章表現 * 試合の見どころを捉え、視聴者に価値を届ける編集判断 * サムネイル作成におけるデザイン的視点の活用 * プロデューサー、マーケティング、カスタマーサービスなど社内各部門との連携

What You'll Bring:

• マルチタスクをこなせる能力
• 課題解決に向けた主体的な思考力と創造性
• CMSなどのコンテンツ管理システムの操作適性（類似システム経験歓迎）
• Word / Excel / PowerPoint など基本的なPCスキル
• 基礎的な英語力（特に読み書き）
• 多様なスポーツへの高い関心・知識（特に海外サッカー）
• 試合の見どころを的確に捉える洞察力
• 静止画・動画編集ソフト、音声フォーマットに関する知識・経験
• 土日・深夜を含むシフト勤務に対応できる体力
