Salary \& Benefits

Qualified Technician

Basic salary depending on experience and qualifications

Realistic OTE of £40,000 to £45,000+ (Salary Dependent)

Plus annual loyalty bonus of up to £1200 paid in December

Senior Diagnostic Technician

£35,000 £40,000 basic salary depending on experience and qualifications

Realistic OTE of £45,000 to £50,000+ (Salary Dependent)

Plus annual loyalty bonus of up to £1200 paid in December

What Youll Be Doing

As a BMW Vehicle Technician, youll carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across the BMW range using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Vehicle servicing and repairs
• Diagnosing faults using BMW technology
• Inspecting vehicles for wear and damage
• Replacing and repairing parts to BMW standards
• Completing software updates and retrofit work
• Supporting apprentices and fellow technicians

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Vehicle or Service Technician
• Holds Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance \& Repair (or equivalent)
• Has a full UK driving licence
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work
• Wants to continue learning and developing

Experience within a franchised or prestige dealership would be an advantage, but attitude and motivation are just as important.
