UX/UI Designer
Job Description

Description About Alleyesonme.jobs: Alleyesonme.jobs is the employer branding platform for the Luxembourg market, built by the team behind skeeled, a recruitment tech company that has been helping businesses simplify and digitalise their hiring since 2014. We're rethinking how companies attract talent: not another list of job postings, but a content-rich platform where employers show who they really are, with free, unlimited job posting as the entry point. Launched in 2024 and growing, we're looking for a talented designer to shape both the platform's next chapter and how the world sees Alleyesonme.jobs.

Your role: As our UI/UX Designer, you'll drive the design of the Alleyesonme.jobs platform, covering the features and improvements coming next on our job board, and own our marketing web presence in Webflow, end-to-end. You take ideas all the way yourself: on the product side, from user flow to final specs ready for development; on the web side, from concept to a live page you built. No waiting on anyone to ship what you have in mind. You'll work directly with our founding team, our developer, and marketing. This role requires autonomy and real ownership: you shape the direction, you build it, you ship it. Ideal start: October 2026.

What you'll do:

  • Design the next features and improvements of the Alleyesonme.jobs platform in Figma: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and specs
  • Collaborate closely with our developer to ensure smooth handoff and quality implementation
  • Own our marketing web presence in Webflow from concept to design to build: our media section, Working in Luxembourg, and our other marketing pages and associated websites
  • Keep those pages evolving day-to-day: new pages, content updates, and continuous improvements. Hands-on building is a core part of this role
  • Create visual assets for employer branding campaigns, social media, and content
  • Apply a product-led mindset: design pages and flows that convert visitors into users and free users into customers (PLG approach)
  • Present design options with clear rationale and keep your documentation up to date
  • Work autonomously while knowing when to seek input on strategic decisions

  • What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience across digital product and web; experience with brand-led or content-rich products is a plus
  • Proven Webflow proficiency: you've designed and built live websites yourself, and your portfolio shows it
  • Expert proficiency in Figma
  • Strong portfolio showing your end-to-end process: from idea and wireframe to a polished, shipped result
  • Strong visual and brand design sensibility combined with solid UX fundamentals, because this role lives at the intersection of the two
  • Understanding of front-end principles (responsive behaviour, HTML/CSS logic, light custom code when Webflow needs a push)
  • Product-led mindset and the ability to present and defend design decisions with data
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously and take full ownership
  • Fluency in English is a must

Why you'll love working with us:

  • You'll work from our new Porto office, collaborating with our international team across Portugal and Luxembourg
  • You'll benefit from flexible work from home options
  • You'll receive a competitive salary commensurate with your experience
  • You'll have access to health insurance coverage
  • You'll join an early-stage platform where your work has direct, visible impact: what you design is the brand
  • You'll work directly with the founding team, gaining exposure to strategic product and brand decisions
  • You'll grow in a fast-paced and inspiring environment with continuous learning opportunities
