Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Web Designer (Webmaster) to own the design, maintenance, and optimization of EPOS' corporate website and digital touchpoints.

This role combines UI/UX design, website management, and digital content execution. You will be responsible for creating intuitive user experiences, maintaining website content, improving conversion rates, and ensuring our web presence accurately reflects the EPOS brand. Working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Merchant Growth teams, you will deliver engaging digital experiences that support lead generation and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize the EPOS corporate website to ensure a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Create visually engaging and user-centric website layouts, landing pages, microsites, and digital assets aligned with EPOS brand guidelines.

• Manage website content updates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely publishing of marketing campaigns, product information, and company announcements.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to develop high-converting landing pages for lead generation campaigns.

• Work closely with Product and Business teams to translate business requirements into intuitive web experiences.
• Conduct UI/UX reviews and usability testing to identify opportunities for improving user journeys and website performance.
• Monitor website performance, SEO fundamentals, page speed, and accessibility, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
• Coordinate with developers and external vendors to implement website enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth website operations.
• Maintain website security, content governance, and quality assurance standards.
• Produce digital marketing assets including banners, icons, email templates, and web graphics to support campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Web Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in web design, UI/UX design, website management, or webmaster-related roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive websites, landing pages, UI design, and digital marketing assets.
• Proficiency in **Figma**, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other design tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar website management systems.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and website performance optimization.
• Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or technology industries is an advantage.
