Job Description

Job Summary

  • To implement and ensure that the corporate identity of the company is upheld at all patient touchpoints.

  • To support marketing and sales team by designing marketing and communication materials.

  • To assist in ensuring that the department meets or exceeds its objectives; and the vision, mission, policies, objectives and core values of the hospital are embraced and promoted in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Apply CVSKL's brand guidelines consistently across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across both digital and print platforms.

  • Assist in brand audits to ensure that CVSKL’s applications are on brand in different touchpoints including collaterals, uniforms, signages, social media and interiors.

  • Support the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and digital assets.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into engaging visual designs that align with the hospital's brand and communication goals.

  • Ensure artwork is prepared accurately for both digital publishing and print production while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

  • Maintain an organised library of design files, including images, fonts, and templates, for easy accessibility by the marketing team.

  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the Managers from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

  • Up to 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop are a MUST.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • A portfolio showcasing creative design work is preferred.

  • Good understanding of corporate identity, brand guideline implementation and design principles, typography, colour, and layout.

  • Good time management skills.

  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
