Transaction Management Support
About the Role
The global Transaction Management team is responsible for developing property strategy and overseeing the execution of transactions for either one dedicated client.
This role will provide Transaction Management Support to one of CBRE’s key accounts. Its principle focus will be on account coordination, reporting, and transaction management support to the account.
The role will be focussed on improving account efficiency and integration between service lines. It will encompass, producing consolidated global reports on transaction and project activity, leading regional work-in-progress meetings, account governance and compliance, KPI tracking and process management
What You’ll Do
Tracking active projects and preparing status reports
Monitoring project timelines and resolving/ escalating variances
Preparing reports including key dates and options report
Coordinating and tracking signed contract documentation and other project related documents
Collaborating with the 3rd party lease administration team as required
Collaborating daily with Transaction Managers, RE Managers, and the Lease Administration team to resolve queries and update databases.
Ensuring all governance processes are met, including AML Watchlist checks, Legal, and EHS requirements.
Supporting the Portfolio Manager in business unit and project specific conference call
Collecting and inputting of all transaction information into the transaction module and management approval workflows
Taking direction from the Portfolio / Transaction Manager and creating transactions in the transaction module \& in Client internal tools
Maintaining playbooks, handbooks and process maps
Improving processes with strategic objective
Organizing lease draft translations and completing RFS (Request for Service) documentation.
Tracking down documentation and updating the database as required
Review and re-develop account processes on a regular basis
Performing other services from time to time specifically related to the Transaction Management Support role.
What You’ll Need
Fluent English in speaking and writing required
Previous commercial real estate experience is required
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Salesforce, SharePoint)
Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
Good analytical skills
Proven client facing experience
Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong analytical and reporting skills
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Ambitious and self-motivated
