Deliver equitable and competitive compensation programs that enable tesa to be an employer of choice for their current and potential employees.
Lead, develop, harmonize, coordinate, implement the Compensation and Reward program within Europe region in alignment with the Global Center of Expertise (COE).
Position content (core accountabilities, strategic responsibilities, key activities):
What you will need * Master degree in HR, Finance or Economics * Familiarity with region/country market best practices and keep abreast of the latest developments in the field at a regional level. Wide experience including base pay, short- and long-term incentive programs and benefits program design * Experience from working with remuneration models, bonus schemes, pension, insurance issues and benefit plans * Proven knowledge of job evaluation methodologies * Demonstrable ability to work and communicate effectively as a senior business partner with senior stakeholders and clients to successfully develop and implement plans, programs, and policies * Solid experience in change processes and acting as a change agent able to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Proactive and generate new ideas, opportunities, outside-in thinking * Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking and market understanding * Solution oriented, drive \& deliver action, * Fluent language skills in English, Success Factor, Project Management, MsOffice, Korn Ferry / HAY job evaluation expertise
