This Position reports to:

IS Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive TMS PMO Intern to support a global Transport Management System (TMS) implementation program within Electrification. This is a multi‑year initiative involving multiple pilot projects across different countries.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO and administrative support to the TMS program
• Track and monitor open tasks and project progress
• Support Project Managers in daily activities
• Maintain and update project trackers and documentation
• Coordinate communication and send follow-ups to stakeholders

Requirements

• Active student status
• Interest or basic knowledge of project management
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Very good English (Polish not required)
• Ability to work in a structured and proactive way

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of transport or logistics processes
• Familiarity with TMS systems (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA)
