About the Role

The Theatre Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the theatre, managing staff, coordinating events and performances, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth venue operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding audience experiences.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily theatre operations and venue activities
• Supervise front-of-house and operational staff
• Coordinate performances, events, and production schedules
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor ticketing operations and attendance reports
• Manage staffing schedules and team performance
• Oversee venue safety, security, and compliance procedures
• Coordinate with performers, vendors, and event organizers
