El Área de Infraestructuras y Servicios Generales se ocupa de la gestión de las infraestructuras y nuevas instalaciones; los servicios logísticos de conserjería y mantenimiento; de la atención al usuario, tanto presencialmente como telefónicamente; y otros servicios generales relacionados con la eficiencia y la sostenibilidad de los equipamientos. Functions and duties:

Functions and tasks: Performing concierge tasks (preparing and managing spaces, moving packages, providing logistical support for different events, overseeing facilities and maintenance companies, opening and closing buildings, etc.) and maintenance (carrying out Maintenance Plans, following up and executing work orders, organizing assigned tasks, preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance, etc.) in the university's buildings, facilities, and equipment.

Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) in the field related to Building and Civil Works, Electricity and Electronics, Installation and Maintenance (or similar), or provide evidence of professional experience that qualifies you for the job Certification of Level C1 in Catalan or commitment to obtain it. Accreditation of Level B2 English or commitment to obtain it. Knowledge and experience in professional work in the field of general building maintenance (electrician, painter, carpenter, bricklayer, electricity, HVAC, and plumbing, etc.). Experience related to the job Ability to read and work with plans, single-line diagrams of installations, etc. Experience with managing work orders and dealing with suppliers and contractors. Computer knowledge at a user level (Word, Excel, etc.).

Other requirements

European driving licence.
