About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and technically strong Technology Managers to support the design, development, and delivery of modern frontend applications for enterprise digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend engineering capabilities, hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and reusable code
• Build intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for enterprise web applications
• Optimize frontend applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across desktop and mobile platforms
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following frontend engineering best practices
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of frontend development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend application issues and production defects
• Work closely with stakeholders including product managers, designers, QA teams, and technical leads

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in frontend software development
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with one or more modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

• Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working on enterprise-scale or high-traffic web applications
