Gallagher Bassett (GB) is Australia and New Zealand’s premier third party claims administrator. We manage claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self-insured organisations. We are part of the leading global risk management and insurance group Arthur J Gallagher \& Co.

Due to internal career progression, as well as the introduction of major legislation reforms across the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, we are thrilled to announce a number of new permanent and fixed term Eligibility Specialist vacancies, giving opportunities for dedicated Claims professionals to join the GB family and become involved in some exciting work.
As an Eligibility Specialist, you will support Case Managers with technical advice on initial and subsequent liability determinations. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and ethical liability decisions are made within prescribed timeframes under the relevant NSW legislation, as well as contributing to the training and upskilling of Case Managers in relation to liability and relevant principles.
We also have dedicated Eligibility Specialist positions who will manage the liability determination process for psychological injury claims under the new legislation. These dedicated positions will play a vital role in designing and implementing new procedures, and will work with various stakeholders to interpret and apply new legislation and regulations to claim liability decisions.
