We are looking for a IT Specialist with the following qualifications to join our internationally operating organization. Maslak,Istanbul

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 2-year vocational school (Associate Degree) or a 4-year university in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / Help Desk roles
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Knowledge of MS User Operating Systems and the MS Server family
• Good command of English
• For male candidates, completion of military service
• Intermediate-level knowledge of general System / Network technologies
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals
• Experience with CRM systems

Job Description:

• Handling desktop, software, CRM, and general IT-related requests
• Providing first-level support and resolving issues; escalating to the relevant teams when necessary
• Performing help desk services and installation tasks on a regular basis
• Tracking and following up on reported issues and requests until resolution

Candidate Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Education Level: Associate Degree (Graduate), Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate)
• Military Service: Completed or Exempt
• Foreign Language:
• English (Reading: Advanced, Writing: Advanced, Speaking: Advanced)is must
