We're an international karaoke entertainment brand established since 2011 and operates more than 1,200 outlets in over 130 cities across China. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Store Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the team to achieve operational excellence. This role will also serve as the key communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing the overall daily operations of the outlet.
- Supervise and lead frontline teams, including Service Crew, Cashiers, Receptionists, and Supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and service quality requirements.
- Monitor outlet performance, customer satisfaction, and daily operational efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Support the achievement of sales, membership, and operational targets.
- Assist in staff recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Conduct daily team briefings and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Monitor inventory levels, operational supplies, and outlet facilities.
- Coordinate communication between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company regulations.
- Support outlet opening, closing, and shift operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality, entertainment, F&B, retail, or service industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in karaoke, entertainment, hospitality, or multinational companies is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a diverse team.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
