Role Overview: Leads and drives strategic, data-driven programs across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Cloud Data platforms, partnering with VP+ leaders to align delivery with business objectives and accelerate measurable outcomes. Owns end-to-end execution of complex initiatives, facilitates high-impact Agile ceremonies, and coaches teams on Scrum, Scaled Agile, and Kanban best practices to foster transparency, urgency, and accountability. Proactively identifies and mitigates risks, resolves dependencies and blockers, and maintains detailed project artifacts to keep teams on track against critical milestones. Communicates effectively at all levels, translating business needs into technical requirements and technical progress into clear, outcome-focused updates, demos, and value propositions tailored to engineering, data, product, and executive audiences. Collaborates with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to build shared understanding and frictionless execution, leveraging expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Databricks) and advanced proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Monday.com, Asana, and MS Project. Requires 8+ years of technical program management experience leading data and analytics initiatives, PMP certification (CSM/SAFe preferred), and a demonstrated track record of driving clarity and engagement across matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
This is a Hybrid position. You will be required to be on-site on an as-needed basis. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office.
