Position 1: System Engineer (SE)Overview

As a System Engineer, you will participate in projects from the planning and design stages through implementation and delivery.

You will be responsible for system architecture, requirements analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project management across our e-commerce platform and internal business systems.

Position 2: Programmer (PG)Overview

As a Programmer, you will focus on software development and implementation based on technical specifications and system designs.

You will contribute to Magento customization, internal system enhancements, API development, testing, and ongoing platform optimization.

Position 1: System Engineer (SE)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and system design for Magento customizations
• Design and implement the separation of the customer membership platform from the existing e-commerce ecosystem
• Analyze existing business processes and architect shared service platforms
• Design scalable systems capable of supporting future business growth and increased transaction volumes
• Define integrations between Magento, ERP, WMS, and external systems
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Manage project schedules, risks, quality, and delivery milestones
• Drive system modernization initiatives and architectural improvements

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in system analysis, basic design, and detailed design for web-based or enterprise systems
• Hands-on software development experience using PHP and/or Java
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing, operating, or upgrading Magento-based e-commerce platforms
• Experience in cross-border e-commerce systems
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or large-scale business system modernization projects
• Team leadership or technical leadership experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• AWS infrastructure design and scalability experience
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures

Position 2: Programmer (PG)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Magento (PHP) and internal business applications (Java)
• Implement APIs and integrations between customer platforms, shared services, ERP, and WMS systems
• Develop and optimize database queries using MySQL
• Participate in code reviews and software quality initiatives
• Create and execute unit and integration tests
• Support production systems, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
• Refactor legacy code and contribute to system modernization efforts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional web application development experience using PHP and/or Java
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL
• Experience using Git or similar version control systems in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Magento customization and plugin development experience
• Cross-border e-commerce development experience
• API design and development experience
• Database optimization and performance tuning knowledge
• Experience building scalable systems that handle high traffic volumes and large datasets
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud environments

• Standard Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
